一般上，当遇上自然死亡的案例时，许多医院及私立医药中心都会发出相关的证书。如果是非自然死亡案例，通常还会先进行解剖检验工作，然后才由警察部门发出死亡证书。如果是在家死亡，我们会坚持获得下葬令或死亡证书。

天妒红颜、伊人早逝或是令人无奈的阴阳相隔，固然教人唏嘘不已，但是最教为人夫者或父母、儿女内心不安的，却是必须将至爱赤裸裸的遗体，交由男性防腐师与化妆师去处理。

我们的服务包括代客户联络基督教与天主教教堂的牧师与神父。
在治丧时，基督徒及天主教徒可各自委托本身的牧师或神父，而佛教徒或道教徒则可安排各自的师父或僧侣主持丧礼。若主家在这方面面临困难，可以寻求我们的协助，我们将代为打点一切。

当运送遗体回国时，我们将协助处理所需的文件、与海关联系，以及卫生部门清理工作。富贵集团与大使馆、最高专员署，以及国际援助公司（International Emergency Assistance Companies）有很好的联系。同时，我们也在西马与东马提供运送遗体的交通服务。

富贵纪念馆一楼和二楼共建有11个现代化的豪华追思礼堂。这些冷气追思礼堂设备齐全、先进，拥有舒适座位、多用途庄严祭坛、附属休息室以及先进的影音器材。当您踏出追思礼堂后，将会走在金光璀璨、装潢出位的走廊，它的"高尚雅座"气氛雅致，设有网际网络便利，也提供客户品茗、听音乐与休息的贵宾雅座。对于吸烟的客户，我们另设了一间吸烟室。

Most hospitals & established private medical centers issue the necessary certificates through their medical record department when natural death occurs. An autopsy may be required for unexpected or accidental deaths. In this case the police department concerned will issue the death certificate after the cause of death has been determined. As in the event of death at a residence, we will assist in obtaining the burial permit and/or death certificate.

In the past, when a female family member passes away, the husband, parents or children have had to come to terms with the fact that the body of their loved ones will be subjected to treatment by male embalmers and make-up personnel.

With the innovative "White Ladies" from NV Care Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of NV Multi Corporation Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia, the whole process of embalming, cleansing, dressing up in a farewell costume and the make-up of the deceased female body is now undertaken entirely by a team of trained, professional LADY embalmers and beauticians.

Photograph enlargements are readily available within few hours time by providing us with a negative or a clear photograph of the deceased. This service saves our clients from the inconvenience of searching around in this time of need.

Our in-house florists offers custom-made photograph floral frames, flowers, casket sprays, sweet baskets, table arrangements & complete sets of flowers surrounding the casket. We also caters to those who wish to send condolence & sympathy flowers to their love ones by making enquiries to our florists.

While most Christians & Catholics refer to their respective churches, the Buddhist or Taoist in particular find themselves in a difficult situation when it comes to this requirement but with our readily available resources & contacts, consultation & coordination with the clergy is just a phone call away.

All necessary documentations, cargo arrangements & health department clearance will be arranged by us for the repatriation of mortal remains back to the country of origin. We are able to settle these matters efficiently & smoothly as we have been providing this service for Embassies, High Commissions & International Emergency Assistance Companies. We also provide arrangements for the transportation of the deceased's remains within Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia.

Our elegant, modernized & state of the art Nirvana Memorial Center houses 7 Deluxe memorial parlours on its 1st Floor & 4 Presidential Suite memorial parlours on its 2nd Floor. All these memorial parlours are fully air-conditioned & come with all the latest modern facilities such as Cineplex-styled seats, multi-purpose majestic altar, built-in burning chamber, resting room & the latest audio-visual system. Once you step out of any of the memorial parlours, you will be walking through a wide walkway that is fully furnished & marble floored. There is also a Golden Lounge for our clients to relax themselves by having a drink, snacks or listen to the music melody played from the piano available. For our clients who smoke, we have a special Smoking Room beside the Golden Lounge to cater their needs.
