富贵明宫简介

富贵明宫，佔地约3万方尺，仿效明朝建筑构思，以规模宏大，气势雄伟及佈局严谨为主要特点。色调则以朱（朱红)黄为主，蓝绿为辅。运用朱色源於明朝皇帝皆姓“朱”，黄色则代表“皇室”，是权力和地位的象徽。富贵明宫沿用着明朝的建筑特色，整体散发出浓郁的明朝韵味，中华文化风格更为华美。

此外，富贵明宫也蕴藏著中国传统的风水理论，以山川水系作为建筑构成的主题要素，建筑掩映于绿林水抱之中相互映衬，如同天造地设地展现。丰富的优雅情感，恰到好处地体现出强烈的古典风格，为往生者打造一个完美的安息空间。

OVERVIEW OF MING PALACE

The concept of Ming Palace, occupying an area of 30,000 feet, originates from the architectural structure, style and brilliance of the Ming Dynasty. It utilises maroon and yellow as its main colours with green and blue as its foundation.

The use of maroon is derived from the surname of the Emperor lineage, Zhu (which shares the same pronunciation as maroon in Mandarin), during the Ming Dynasty while yellow symbolises royalty, power and status. Along with luxurious interior facilities, Ming Palace exudes an aura of Ming culture, representing the grandeur and magnificence of the Chinese culture.

The ancient themed Ming Palace emphsises on orientation and symmetry to reflect an eternal peaceful environment while staying true to traditional elements of FengShui in its architecture. The whole development is designed and built in great detail to reflect the beauty of nature while following the traditional of the Ming culture.

永乐大殿的命名

明朝皇帝朱棣

明朝皇帝朱棣（明成祖）统治时期，以“永乐”作为年号。朱棣雄才大略，发展经济，提倡文教，并且大力开拓海外交流，使得天下大治，故被称为“永乐盛世”

期间，亦编了一部大型类书《永乐大典》，是中华明族珍贵的文化遗产，也是当时世界上最大的百科全书，比《大英百科全书》要早300多年。此外，家喻户晓的郑和下西洋事迹也发生在这盛世年代。

因此，“永乐大殿”正为纪念此明朝盛世而命名。

ORIGIN OF NAME

At the beginning of his time in power, Ming emperor Zhu Di (Chengzu) named the mark of his reign the "YongLe' period. Zhu Di was an ingenious leader who was also skilled in economic development and advocated culture and education. Enthusiastically strengthening diplomatic ties between his and other nations, Zhu Di maintained peace and order known as the "YongLe Golden Agen"

During his reign, Zhu Di compiled the "YongLe Encyclopedia", a precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation. It was the largest encyclopedia in the world at the time, even more comprehensive than the "Encyclopedia Britannica" that came 300 years later.

Proud of the achivements as well as the success of the Zheng He's expedition during the same era, Nirvana's Chamber of Eternal Bliss (YongLe Columbarium) was named to commemorate this Golden Age in the Ming Dynasty.

DESIGN INSPIRATION

The Brahma Palace was built along the shores of the Taihu Lake of Wuxi, China. Incorporating dazzling decorations, it was located next to the profound Mountain Giant Buddha statue. Standing tall, together they complement the Buddhist culture. Symbolising solemn harmony, the magnificent layout of the Brahma Palace is now one of the world's most acclaimed attractions

Taking in inspiration from its grandeur, the end result to our Chamber of Eternal Bliss is an experience of Brahma Palace's unique essence and intricate designs for all to appreciate.

With approximately RM100 million invested into the Chamber of Eternal Bliss at Nirvana's Ming Palace, it is now considered most magnificent columbarium in Asia, distinguished due to its profound and noble traditional Buddhist cultural elements combined and integrated with new, distinctive features.

THE NOBLE EIGHTFOLD PATH (Niche door design on first floor)

The Noble Eightfold Path refers to the eight paths of meditation in achieving the highest level of nirvana. They include: righteous view, intention speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness and concentration. In the Sanskrit language, "righteous" signifies fullness and wholesomeness, which can also be interpreted as eight of these sight, thinking, language, doing, receiving, overcoming, intent and stability. May the deceased arrive at the ideal nirvana with the guidance of the Noble Eightfold Path.

AMENTITIES

DEPARTURE CEREMONY

The Departure Ceremony that is held in the basement of the Chamber of Eternal Bliss is a special ceremony provided by Nirvana for the deceased as their "last farewell". Before the ashes are placed in the niche, a light will be emitted by a Buddha sculpture along with peaceful chanting to escort the deceased into the ever after and to comfort family and friends in expressing their condolences for the final time.
