今天下午5.30接到清姐的弟弟王祖源来电说他的爸爸在家里往生了。清姐是住在我家对面卖猪肠粉的老板娘，她於今年年头向我购买了一份富贵如意给她的爸爸。她的爸爸王珠汉先生因病离世。我和富贵服务团队Mr. Lim於7点左右抵达王先生位于巴生的住家，Mr. Lim向王先生讲解服务配套细节，王家家属决定在家里替王爸爸办理3天2夜的殡葬服务，因王爸爸是虔诚的佛教徒，王爸爸的家属要诵经八个小时回向给王爸爸，所以Mr. Lim安排防腐师，化妆师及棺木，於凌晨一点抵达王家替王爸爸遗体做防腐，化妆，穿寿衣并人殓。

王家的亲属都舍不得王爸爸的离去，他们怀着悲伤的心情处理爸爸的后事。清姐的朋友还赞王爸爸是个成功的男人，清姐说她爸爸都没做生意，怎算成功呢，清姐的朋友说王爸爸是个持家有道的人，是个好丈夫，好爸爸，好公公，好爷爷，都受到女儿，孙子还有太太的敬爱及尊重。

王爸爸的灵柩於10/7/2011星期天举殡至巴生仙境墓园安葬。

Ms. Ma Bee Kee 浏览我的网站拿到我的联络号码，她的爱犬Willy於早上10.40去世了，她有听到富贵在电台打广告宠物墓园售价RM4,800.00。所以她打算把爱犬葬在富贵山庄宠物墓园。

她於晚上7点多联络我，叫我电James领回她的爱犬，James是收集所有狗的遗体，然后集体火化的服务员，Ms. Ma很疼她的爱犬，她告诉我说Willy是条很乖的雌狗，她不想她的爱犬跟其他的狗一起火化了，连骨灰也认不到,所以叫我帮忙她处理爱犬的后事。


我於隔天早上9.30去Ms. Ma位于Selayang Baru的家载她们两姐妹，然后约了James於10.30am在Puchong-Tesco见面领回她们的爱犬到富贵山庄安葬。Ms.Ma两姐妹是虔诚的佛教徒，她们要求播放佛号给爱犬听一直到富贵山庄。我们富贵服务团队都满足了她们的要求。


我们於11.45am抵达富贵山庄，我带她们去宠物墓园挑选了一个墓地给她们的爱犬，然后去site office办理购买手续，富贵员工用了半个小时挖洞，然后把她们的爱犬下葬，整个过程大概化了一个小时。Ms.Ma两姐妹诵经回向给Willy。

今天早上9.30陪同Mr. Tony Ho 和他的家人为他妈妈的墓碑立碑。Tony知道我要晋升区服务总监，他也感受到我们真诚及贴心的服务，他向我预购了一份富贵生命计划（NLP）给他爸爸。我在此要感谢他的帮忙。

今晚10点接到Mr. Tan 来电，他的生意伙伴Mr. Craig Selby 的爸爸Mr. Barry Keith Selby在家里去世了，Mr.Craig Selby是纽西兰人，他和妈妈在马来西亚，其他的亲属都在纽西兰，所以他要最简单的殡葬服务办理他父亲的后事，然后将他爸爸的骨灰带回纽西兰。


我们富贵服务顾问Mr. Calvin Lee帮忙处理整个葬礼，Mr.Craig Selby要富贵服务团队於星期二晚上10点半去Jalan Ipoh他妈妈住的地方领取他爸爸的遗体，并选在14/7/2011星期四下午3点在MBPJ Crematorium进行Anglican Christian葬礼，整个过程大概一个半小时完成。


Mrs Selby和她的儿子很满意我们的服务。
