Ms. Gan's father passed away four months ago. She called us to handle her father's funeral. Ms. Gan call me up this afternoon saying that her aunt Mdm Ng has passed away at Pantai Hospital, Cheras due to illness and inquired about our Buddhist Funeral Service Package. I rush to the hospital at 3.30pm, followed by our service consultant Mr. Lim. Nirvana service team arrive at 5:00pm to claim the remains back to Nirvana Memorial Center to do embalming, dressing and make-up.
I finalise detail of the arrangements for the late Mdm Ng to Ms. Wong and her family, finally they selected the funeral service package (NV Deluxe). Ms. Wong's brother is working at foreign Singapore Airlines as a pilot, so have to wait for her brother back to Kuala Lumpur, so they make appointment at 9.30pm back to Nirvana Memorial Center finalise about funeral details, the election of coffin and shroud for the late Mdm Ng. Ms.Wong also have a sister back from New Zealand to attend funerals, after their family meeting, they decide to carried out the funeral wake service at Nirvana Memorial Center's Violet Suite on 25/6/2011 (Saturday) for two consecutive night. The final farewell ceremony falls on 27/6/2011 (Monday).
The late Mdm.Ng remains was laid to rest at Nirvana Memorial Park, Semenyih.
I sincerely wish that Mdm.Ng's soul rest in eternal peace.
四个月前颜小姐的父亲往生是我们帮助她办理父亲的后事，今天下午2.45颜小姐来点说她的大姨妈吴秀娥女士因老人病在Pantai Hospital, Cheras病逝。她叫我联络她的表姐黄小姐，我於3.30抵达医院，富贵服务顾问随后低达。富贵服务团队於5点载吴秀娥女士的遗体回富贵纪念馆打防腐，洁身及化装。
我让黄小姐了解了富贵服务配套，她们选了富贵吉祥服务配套（NV Deluxe)。因黄小姐的大哥是新加坡航空的机师，要她的大哥搭机回吉隆坡，所以她们约了九点半到纪念馆谈殡葬细节，选棺木及寿衣。因黄小姐还有个妹妹在纽西兰赶回来奔丧，她们兄妹经过商讨之后，决定於25/6/2011(星期六）办理3天2夜的殡葬服务。吴女士的遗体停放在富贵纪念馆二楼22号紫罗兰追思礼堂（Violet Suite)进行最后告别仪式并於27/6/2011(星期一）举殡至富贵山庄风景墓园安葬。
我衷心祝福吴女士早登极乐世界。
