I would like to thank Mr. Koo, son's of Sister Qing. A year ago, Mr. Koo's father passed away, he knows our professional and attentive service, so today his colleague Tony Ho's mother passed away, he introduce his colleagues to me.
At 2 pm this afternoon, Mr. Tony Ho called me up to inform that his mother Madam Loh was passed away at Klang hospital. I immediately contact our Service Consultant Mr. Steven Tai, he appoint his assistant Ah Hock to assist. Ah Hock arrive in an hour. I rush to the hospital immediately. Ah Hock follow Tony go back home to take Tony's mother shoes. I met Tony at the Forensic Department, Tony's brother John and younger brother Sunny, has put on costumes for their mother. Tony returned to the hospital at 4 o'clock, they put on shoes for their mother. Tony and his brothers carry the Late Mdm. Loh remains back to Tony home.
We arrived Tony's house at 5pm, Tony's eldest brother Rony was in foreign country, he ask Tony to decide the funeral service package, I presented to Tony our comprehensive product and assured him our highest level of quality service. Finally, he confirmed to purchase our top service package, NV Golden. The buddhist funeral wake service package was carried at home for four days three nights. Our professional service team arrived in an hour for setting up of the canopy and other essential arrangement.
While waiting for the arrival of White Ladies, I keep on chanting to the Late Mdm. Loh, Tony's son and daughter follow me to chanting. Nirvana's White Ladies arrived around 6pm. The late Madam Loh's daughter-in-law select a shroud for her, the White Ladies will ensure her last dignity by attending to the whole process of embalming, cleaning, dressing up of shround and make-up of the deceased body. The whole process take about an hour to complete. The delivery of coffin arrived at 8:00 pm, the remains of the late Mdm Loh was encoffin.
The late Mdm Loh remains was laid to rest at Nirvana Memorial Park Semenyih.
I pray that the late Mdm. Loh's soul rest in the Land of Eternal Bliss in the West.
In this few days getting along with the family, I feel the family members are harmony, approachable, they are filial to their beloved parents.
我在这里要感谢古先生，一年前古先生的父亲去世，他感受到我们认真及贴心的服务，今天他同事Tony Ho的妈妈往生了，他就介绍他的同事给我。
今天下午2点接到Mr. Tony Ho来电说他的妈妈罗福云女士在巴生医院往生了。我马上联络富贵服务顾问Mr. Steven Tai, 因Steven有个案在忙着，所以派他的助手荣福（Ah Hock)来帮忙。Ah Hock 於一个小时低达医院。我也在一个小时多赶到医院，我低达的时候，Ah Hock刚好随Tony回家拿妈妈的鞋子，因他们有拿妈妈的衣服但忘了拿鞋子。我在Forensic部门见到Tony的二哥John和弟弟Sunny,他们已经替妈妈穿好旗袍，还诵经回向给罗女士。Tony和Ah Hock於4点多回到医院，他们替妈妈穿好鞋子之后，3兄弟就抱妈妈上他们的车子，亲自载妈妈回家。
我们於5点抵达Tony的家，因Tony的妈妈是福建人，当我们抵达的时候，Ah Hock在门口挂上红布，他们3兄弟才抱妈妈下车，就当妈妈是旅游回来。他们让妈妈坐在沙发上，然后3兄弟轮流喂妈妈喝茶，糖水还有炒米粉。之后，Ah Hock叫Tony拿来一件床垫，让罗女士的遗体躺着，并盖上波萝被。这时候Ah Hock将门口的红布换成白布。因Tony有个大哥在外国赶不及回来，就叮属Tony作主，我让Tony了解了富贵殡葬服务配套，Tony最后选择了富贵荣华（NV Golden)殡葬服务配套给他的妈妈。Tony及家人要在家里替罗女士办理四天三夜的佛教殡葬服务，NV Care的服务团队在一个小时里面装置好大棚。
在等待白衣天使到来之前，我就为罗女士诵经，而Tony的儿子及女儿也随着我一起诵经。大概6点左右富贵集团的白衣天使低达，防腐师随后也到达。白衣天使带了四套寿衣来给罗女士的媳妇挑选。罗女士的遗体由白衣天使为她做防腐，洁身穿寿衣及化装。整个过程大概一个小时完成。棺木於晚上8点运到，罗女士的遗体入殓。
罗女士的遗体於5号举殡至士毛月富贵山庄风景墓园安葬。
我衷心祝福罗女士早登极乐世界。
在这四天三夜和主家的相处，让我感受到这家人的和睦，平易近人，他们都很孝顺及敬爱父母。
