人生的喜·怒·哀·乐，寄于时间的流逝，从千古时代至科技蓬勃的现代，有很多天灾人祸发生，在人们还来不及接受这巨大的转变，许多灾难者也无法为自己安排好后事，所以活在当下的人都非常珍惜彼此，应该在适当的时候为自己安排好将来的天家。


身为一位殡葬专业服务者，我所目睹多回的离别，虽然每个人都晓得生·老·病·死是人生必经之路，但又有多少人会为自己准备好将来的天家。


回顾2010年所做过的殡葬服务个案，让我最难忘的就是陈淑仪老师的先生因心脏病离世，让陈淑仪老师一时间不能接受这个事实。还有李秀燕副校长的儿子因车祸离世，李校长也难以接受爱儿的离去。我尽量拨出时间去陪伴及开导她们，到今天李校长对我所说的一番话还言犹在耳，她说我很适合做殡葬服务这个行业，因为我很会关怀，开导及按怃她。


我也感恩我的上司叶燕康夫妇，在他们的帮助及领导下，带领我走向康庄大道。不过有时候因业务上的事情，也因自己的坏脾气，不能控制及管理好自己的情绪，常常爱顶撞他们。我希望2011年能够改过不好的恶习。


还有一天就踏入2011年了，所有好的坏的事情，也会随着时间的飞逝，荡然无存。此时此刻
，应该做的就是展望未来，希望明年会更好。

SEA FUNERAL 海葬

Ray Soo于三天前联络我，他的父亲於2003年去世，他及家人把父亲的骨灰灵位安奉在八打灵归原基督教骨灰塔，基于他的兄弟姐妹都在国外，而他父亲临终时曾说过要海葬，他为了要完成父亲的遗愿，他要求我帮他租一艘船，将父亲的骨灰撒向大海。


我们於早上九点到达，在NV CARE Bryant的协助下，领取Ray父亲苏祥杰先人的骨灰，就启程前往巴生港口，整个过程大概2个小时完成。

What is pre-need tomb? 何谓生基风水？

在古代道家有一道法门，称为[生基阵法]：就是运用人的生辰八字及地理磁场的力量，来排[生基阵]，将人的先天命理弱势转为旺势的风水大法。人的命是固定的，是属于先天的，而后天的行运，欲可借助[行为]力量来改变，使其原本的恶运，转为平顺；原本顺运，转变为佳运，旺运，生基阵法就是借后天改造运势的方法。其实，造生基并无年龄上严格的限制。

生基风水早在数千年前就已开始盛行，近年来又开始在马来西亚盛行，许多人为了达到做官，功名，保命，增寿，求婚，求子，进禄，招财的目的，便找一处风水宝地，并请名师指点筑造生基。唐代，杨救贫师父曾说：“地理之为鬼神公可改天命也”，意思是说：籍由理气神妙之术，改人先天命理的缺陷，迎吉避凶，以达修造生基寿坟的最终目的。


In the old days, Taoists utilized "sheng ji tactical deployment" to change predestined fate and fortune - they reversed hapless lot into prosperous fate by blending the Eight Characters related to one's date of birth and the geographical magnetic force with one's meritorious deeds. The belief in sheng ji to change destiny dates back to thousands of years ago when ancient Chinese emperors erected pre-need tombs or mausoleum to ensure prosperity for the nation and people upon accession to the thrones. Hence, "sheng ji" basically means pre-need tomb.


The customs live on today and Chinese in Malaysia are fond of making use of the principle of sheng ji to help evoke blessings of achievements, longevity and prosperity upon themselves and the families. The whole idea is by erecting pre-need tomb, one's bad destiny is reversed and be turned into a prosperous one.

超度法会 - 感恩缅怀与慎终追远的传统节目


超度法会是后人在感恩和慎终追远的精神驱使下，为先人举行祭祀，祈福仪式的传统节目。它既集中体现出孝道和感恩的文化，也为家族成员提供了一个最佳的追忆空间。
华籍一般上比洋人拥有更浓厚的家庭观念，主要是因为华人很爱惜子女，生前都省吃俭用，让子女接受高深教育，甚至不惜燃烧自己照亮下一代。因此，在儒家的传统思想里，子女反哺养育之恩，是天经地义之事。这种孝心，不但体现在对父母在世时的孝顺，也体现在父母去世后的事死后事生的行为上。这种感恩和慎终追远的美好传统，一直沿续至今，经久不变，而每年落在八月份的富贵山庄消炎延寿孝亲超度法会，就是中最好的写照。

Remains Relocation 拾金

千古孝心

清明节扫墓是华人的传统习俗，除了展现孝子贤孙慎终追远，郭亲睦族及行孝品德外，最重要的是对坟墓作全面的观察，例如坟墓是否有遭受到破坏，糟蹋或自然损陷，如白蚁，淹水，潮湿，炎燥，或有外物侵入等。上述的问题，是很多阳世子孙所担心的，因此，保持墓碑和坟墓的完整，清幽，而使亡灵“居住安定”，应该是阳世子孙的责任。


拾金文化 敬祖孝亲

拾金也叫“拾金”，“捡骨”，“洗骨”，是属于“吉葬”部分。在风水金典“金葬指窍”中详细简明处理的方式及要诀，其内容强调“开金”处理是为了替先人迁葬更好的风水龙穴，借助元运的转变发挥更旺的风水助力。拾金仪式的进行，会因乡例习俗，宗教信仰或籍贯的分别而有所差异。拾金看似简单，其实最重要的是必须由有经验的风水师及捡骨师来办理，切勿草率从事，以免招惹不吉。


在下列情况下须考虑开棺捡骨迁葬：

1. 风水不佳，例如：荫尸地，泡水地，煞地，蛇蚁入穴等（请征询专业风水师的意见）
2. 坟墓老旧残破，年久失修，应拾金重新造葬或迁葬
3. 祖先各葬东南西北，不方便祭拜或维护，应考虑把葬在不同地点之祖先拾金后，集中葬在同一地点以便子孙永祀

拾金过程：

1. 由专业风水命理师预先选好吉日破土
2. 家属，风水师及捡骨师（启攒师）同时抵达现场
3. 由风水师带领主持祭拜仪式及破土科仪
4. 由捡骨师破土开棺捡骨，洗骨净骨及开棺点眼入瓮或小棺木
5. 由风水师主持破碑仪式
6. 把金斗瓮或小棺木迁葬至新的风水地，重新造坟立碑将骨灰安奉在骨灰塔内以便子孙永祀

Remains Relocation - A Befitting Act of Filial Piety
Qing Ming remains a much revered event to pay homage to the ancestors and a gathering for family members to enhance family ties. Not only do they pay homage, but also to pay attention to the condition of the tomb to ensure that it is not in a deplorable conditio.


Remains Relocation is an act of relocating the remains of ancestors to a new burial land with better environment or excellent and/or with excellent fengshui. It is also known as "bone collecting" or "bone cleaning". The remains relocation is not a simple procedure. It has to be conducted by an experienced fengshui master or a relocation master. The procedure varies accordingly to the deceased's religion, cultural practice based on his/her Chinese origins. According to the Chinese, improper relocation could result in bad luck befalling on its descendants.


Why should we relocate remains:

1. Bad fengshui (Please seek advice from qualified fengshui master)
2. Environment condition due to occasional flooding, the presence of pests etc.
3. Relocate for the convenience of paying homage.

Procedure for relocation:

1. A proper date fixed by fengshui master.
2. Presence of family members, fengshui master and relocation master at the tomb.
3. Worship ritual and exhumation of the remains of the departed one.
4. Collecting and cleaning of the remains to place into small wood coffin or urn.
5. Ritual of tomb stone breaking.
6. Relocate the remains to new burial ground and to erect a new tomb stone or placement of remains to an urn columbarium.

宝珍女士於一年前向我预购了一个骨灰位（双位）给她的家公和家婆，她的家婆洪亚和女士於6/6/2010去世。那时明宫还没启用，她家婆的骨灰就暂时安放在货柜里面，明宫於23/11/2010才启用，今天宝珍恭请师父把她家公高水庆先生的骨灰从吉隆坡广义塔搬迁来沙亚南富贵唐城明宫，她们於早上九点多到达富贵唐城，师父把高水庆先生和洪亚和女士的骨灰瓮一起搬迁并放在明宫，整个搬迁及诵经仪式大概一个小时完成。已故高水庆先生和洪亚和女士的骨灰就永远安息在富贵唐城明宫。

我祝愿洪亚和女士早登西方极乐世界。

沙亚南富贵山庄于7/11/2010早上10点由富贵集团董事经理拿督邝汗光主持福寿园推介礼，并恭请得华师傅主持西方三圣开光仪式。



THE PROCEDURES EXECUTED IN EACH FSP 服务流程

• 领取死亡下葬与下葬证书。
• 如果死因是他杀或自杀，法医将为死者解剖，寻找死因。解剖后，解剖报告将寄到警局，以便开发下葬证书。
• 协助认领遗体并运送回丧府或我们的富贵纪念馆。
• 在让家属瞻仰遗容之前，我们将为死者作防腐工作、清洁尸身、穿上寿衣及化妆。
• 让死者进棺，然后准备殡葬追悼礼仪。
• 如果殡葬追悼礼仪在死者家里进行，我们将提供大棚、电风扇、灯、桌子、桌布及椅子。
• 我们也提供死者相片放大服务。
• 用鲜花装饰死者遗照的相框。.
• 代主家拨电话通知亲友。
• 架设庄严灵位以便进行宗教祈祷仪式，为死者准备追思屏风（Memory Lane Ancestry Rack）。
• 提供帛金簿与帛金箱。
• 提供路向指示牌与灯笼。
• 提供专业服务人员。
• 提供两晚坐夜服务人员（6pm-2am，每晚1位工作人员）。
• 富贵殡仪套装提供3天2夜的水果与素食餐点。
• 富贵殡仪套装的服务包括提供女婿铭旗、麻衣孝服、糖果红包、饮品，以及花生。
• 提供专业音乐队、追思相册，以及封棺服务。
• "富贵荣华"/"富贵博爱"的服务，包括使用一辆价值百万令吉的马赛地六门豪华礼车，负责运载孝子、孝女，一辆价值百万元的马赛地豪华灵车，负责运载棺木，以及一辆豪华冷气巴士运载客人。"富贵吉祥"、"富贵恩典"、"富贵添寿"与"富贵祥和"的服务则包括提供一辆进口高贵灵车，以及一辆豪华冷气巴士。
• 同时，我们也为购买事前规划套装的客户提供撰写遗嘱的服务。

• When someone or loved ones in the family passed away, the first that we will assist in is to register the death of the deceased by lodging a police report at any of the nearest district police station. If the Police certifies the causes of death without doubt (e.g. Illness, road accidents, old illness caused by age factor, accidents at workplace, etc.) then a Burial Permit will issued by the police station.
• Then, we will proceed to the National Registration Department along with the police report to inform & register the death. Once the death of the deceased has been registered, the NRD will issue the Death Certificate & it will be obtain by our staff.
• If the cause of death is either caused by murder or suicide, a post-mortem will be conducted by the hospital in order to find out the actual cause of death. Once the post-mortem is out, a copy of the post-mortem report will be send to the police for certification before a Burial Permit is issued.
• Once the Death Certificate & Burial Permit have been issued, we will assist in claiming the deceased remains from the hospital & provide conveyance of the remains to the deceased's home (if the funeral ceremony would to be held at) or to our Nirvana Memorial Center's parlours.
• Arterial embalming, cleansing of the body, dressing with the longevity costumes & make-up service process will be conducted on the deceased's body before it is ready for the family members to view.
• After the following above process is done, the deceased body will be placed into the chosen casket selected & prepare for the funeral procession ceremony.
• Our company will provide setting up of canopies that are equipped with hanging fans, lights, tables, table clothes & plastic chairs IF the funeral procession ceremony is to be held at the deceased's home.
• We will also provide photograph enlargement service for the deceased. This service offered saves our clients from the inconveniences in this time of need.
• Our professional florists will prepare a professionally handcrafted decorated fresh flower photo frame for the deceased photograph.
• By just providing us the contact numbers of friends & relatives, our front desk operators will notify them by making phone calls to each of them in the list given to us.
• We will set up a grand majestic altar for prayer services. Besides this, a Memory Lane Ancestry Rack will also be prepared for the deceased.
• Condolence book & box will be provided for the funeral procession ceremony of the deceased.
• Lanterns will be set up for the funeral ceremony & IF the funeral procession ceremony would to be held at the deceased's home, then road signs will be provided for the purpose.
• A professional service team consists of our NV Care staff will also be provided by us to deliver service to the deceased family during the funeral procession ceremony.
• We included a 2 nights maintenance worker service (6pm to 2am, 1 worker per night) for the funeral procession ceremony.
• NV Care FSP packages includes a 3 days 2 nights offerings to the deceased, which consists of fruits & vegetarian.
• Son-in-law flag, mourning uniform, angpow with sweets, drinking water, and peanuts are included in each of the FSP.
• We also include a professional music band, memory photo album & the sealing of casket service for the deceased's funeral ceremony
• NV Golden/ NV Love* FSP includes an imported Mercedes Benz hearse, a unit of imported 6-door Mercedes Benz limousine & a unit of 44-seats air-conditioned bus for the funeral procession day. NV Supreme includes an imported Mercedes Benz hearse & a unit of 44-seats air-conditioned bus for the funeral procession day. 哭笑有时

时间不会因为你的眼泪而停下来，地球也不会因为你的伤心而静止不转了。

“哭有时，笑有时，悲伤有时，欢乐有时”。

几年前，在某连续剧里看到一句话，剧情里的女主角因为生命中重要的永远地离她而去后而一蹶不振。剧里的另一个角色就对她说了一段话：“要你做到不伤心，不难过，那是不可能的，可是你只能伤心3个月，因为“哭有时，笑有时，悲伤有时，欢乐有时”，我们不能一辈子就这样地活在痛苦中”。记得擦干眼泪好好过日子。

失去至亲的确是非笔墨所能形容的，卸下那坚硬的壳，里头拥有的还是一颗受伤的心。以前我会认为时间是弥补失去至亲的心痛的最好良药，因人的记忆是会随着时间的流逝渐褪色的。但，我发现那只是一道我刻意不去触及的伤口，因在某些特定的节日或是忆起一些事物时，所有的回忆还是会如同重播影片般地再次上映，只不过那道伤口已被包扎上了纱布。但，那也不代表它不会留下任何的疤痕。

可是，不管内心多么痛，日子还是要照过，时间不会为你的眼泪而停下来，地球也不会因为你的伤心而静止不转了。所以，哭过之后，要记得擦干眼泪，收拾心情，把那段经历视为人生学习成长中的一部分，并勇敢地面对接下来的生活，还有，也记得——哭笑有时。

罗先生是浏览网络拿到我的联络电话号码，我和上司叶先生於22/7/10带罗氏两兄弟到沙亚南富贵百孝林骨灰殿选位，罗先生及他的家人在叶先生推荐之下，选择了沙亚南一个华丽·荘严·雄伟的殿堂，就是百孝林骨灰位给他的父亲。他们於1/8/10早上7点从登嘉楼的佛庙领他父亲的骨灰下来沙亚南富贵山庄安葬，到达富贵山庄已经是下午2点左右，他们恭请师傅主持骨灰甕搬迁仪式，他们希望他们的父亲能早日安息。


我们在这里祝福罗森民先生早日登西方极乐世界。

BUDDHIST FUNERAL SERVICE 佛教殡葬服务

今天沙亚南富贵唐城举行一个欢庆中秋节日“月圆，人团圆”。我於早上十点左右到达富贵唐城。富贵集团有邀请本地著名演员黎明女士出席。当天的节目非常丰富，有猜灯谜·比手划脚猜字谜。


大概在中午我们正准备用午餐的时候，我接到谢先生的来电说他的儿子去世了，他要求我们富贵殡葬服务安排他儿子的后事身，我就和上司叶先生赶去巴生医院。我们的区服务总监叶先生就协助谢先生安排怎样办理他儿子的身后事，因为谢先生的儿子谢俊轩是因车祸逝世，所以他的家人悲痛欲绝的情景令人同情，尤其是谢妈妈知道儿子死讯后，情绪失控哀恸的痛哭，我赶忙上前去安抚她。


谈妥了殡葬服务配套后，谢妈妈决定於家中进行儿子谢俊轩三天两夜的告别仪式。当这个告别仪式开始进行时，我的心情也跟着沉重起来，因看到谢先生夫妇丧儿的悲痛，霎时间不能接受这个事实，令在场者都感到心酸不已。


在亲友的交谈中，知道谢俊轩相公是一位很有爱心·心地善良·人缘极佳的青年，看到他的亲朋戚友从远道而来，还有外国的朋友特地从国外飞赴回国来参加他的告别仪式。当时，代表致辞者在对谢俊轩相公所致感恩怀念词，有万分不舍之意。我在富贵集团服务了数年，这是我有史以来所亲睹的一场最多亲朋戚友到来瞻仰及送别的告别仪式。


在这场告别仪式中，尤其令我感动的是谢家将所收到的帛金全捐献给某某华小，这样慷慨的举动令人钦佩。


谢俊轩相公的灵柩於沙亚南火化场火化后，其骨灰瓮安奉於“富贵唐城紫竹林”，神主灵位设於三圣殿。


我在这为谢俊轩相公诵经，祝愿他早日登西方极乐世界。
